Thornlie Community Church – a Campus of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, began on 24 October 2021. At Thornlie, Mount Pleasant Baptist ministers to the local community – one church in two locations. Like its parent body, our Thornlie campus holds to the centrality of Jesus Christ in all that it does. Our vision is for Thornlie Community Church to be united in Christ as an authentic witness to the community; to be international and intergenerational – with people from different ethnicities, abilities, genders and social status and all ages and stages of life; to be fruitful and growing in faith, hope and love; and to be engaged and connected with the community in Thornlie and surrounding areas.

Thornlie Community Church is pastored by Craig Siggins with his wife Lyn, Associate Pastor Harry Mengham with his wife Celestine, and Community Pastor Paul Lockyer with his wife Jenny.
