We are prayerfully seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and faith-filled person with a heart for youth and young adults.
At the centre of everything that MPBC is (our being) and does (our ministry) is Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who is our vision. We are part of His body in the world, participating in the Father’s life and work by the Spirit.
Essential Outcomes include:
- Lead and encourage young people to live out the Good News together
- Strong biblical teaching and leading of young people to Christ, encouraging their ongoing discipleship, transformation and maturing in Christ
- Support and grow the youth team, through discipleship of leaders
- Live as a disciple of Christ, whilst mentoring and discipling others to do the same
- Build a vibrant community who are very much a part of the wider church community with hearts to reach out the city

Children and Families Pastor
Do you love Jesus and have a passion for seeing children and their families grow in faith?
We are prayerfully seeking a Children and Families Pastor to join our team. This person will play a key role in nurturing children and families, helping them develop a deeper understanding and God and grow in their relationship with Him.
Essential Outcomes include:
- Lead and inspire God’s children to live out the Good News together
- Provide strong biblical teaching that points people to Christ and encourages ongoing discipleship, transformation and maturity in Christ
- Support, equip and develop ministry team members and volunteers
- Foster a vibrant and welcoming community for children and families that is actively connected to and engaged with the wider church family
