Young Adults
Young Adults are full of life and passion. They’re not just the leaders of tomorrow, they’re the emerging leaders of today. We want to create a space for young adults to enjoy authentic relationships with one another, while also connecting inter-generationally in the wider body. The years after school, moving through study and into full-time work can be really challenging, but they also present an ideal opportunity for young people to grow in their relationship with God and others. Mounties YA offers young people the opportunity to journey through this season as a part of a loving, Christ-centred community of 18-30 year olds. We seek to build a community of young people known for the LIFE we enjoy, the AUTHENTICITY we embrace, the LOVE we show and the MISSION we share.

Mounties YA
CONNECT GROUPS | Hosted at various houses
Family, Food, Mission, Bible Study, Prayer, Accountability & Pastoral Care.
SUNDAY LUNCHES | Check social media for location
1st Sunday of the month at a local eatery or park at around 12.30pm.
“ALL-IN” EVENTS | Check social media for location
Monthly gatherings where all the connect groups come together to form one community. Usually the 3rd Wednesday of the month (7-9pm) we offer the opportunity to get all the Young Adults together for a balance of social time and sometimes some thought provoking topics. Some of the social activities have included Escape Rooms, Indoor Beach Volleyball, Outdoor Movies, Beach Parties, and more.
YA RETREATS
Twice a year, the Mounties YAs gather for a weekend retreat. These weekends are a great opportunity for young adults to deepen relationships with one another but also with God. They involve food, worship, service and a whole lot of fun.
